帮工群体是酒店宴会厅用工人员中的重要组成部分,同时也带来了帮工管理难题。本文以广州市内 部分国际高星级酒店宴会厅帮工管理为研究案例,通过问卷调查和深度访谈发现,酒店宴会厅在帮工管理方 面存在招聘使用缺乏科学性、培训机制不够完善、保障体系有待健全等问题,帮工管理机制亟待优化。良好 的帮工管理机制能够塑造高效率的帮工队伍、维护和谐的员工关系,继而提升宴会厅的整体服务水平。高星 级酒店宴会厅可通过提升帮工招聘质量、建立科学的帮工招聘及使用体系、优化与帮工公司的合作方式、提 升帮工管理人性化程度等措施构建科学的帮工管理机制。

Helpersgroupisanimportantpartofthebasicstaffofthehotelbanquetservicedepartment.The managementofthehelpersalsobecomeveryimportantinthehotelbanquetdepartmentmanagement.Takingthe helpersmanagementofthebanquetservicedepartmentofinternationalhigh-starhotelsinGuangzhouasacasestudy. Andthenaccordingtotheresultsofthequestionnairesurveyandin-depthinterviewconducted,thehotelbanquet departmentinthemanagementofhelpersrecruitmentanduselackscientificfeature,helperstrainingmechanism isnotperfect,helperssecuritysystemisnotsoundenoughandsoon.Theexistenceoftheseproblemscallforthe optimizationofthehelpersmanagementmechanism.Scientifichigh-qualityhelpersmanagementmechanismcan shapeanefficienthelpersteam,maintainharmoniousstaffrelations,andthenimprovethehelpersgroupandbanquet departmentoverallcateringservicelevel.High-starhotelbanquetdepartmentcanimprovethequalityofhelpers recruitment,establishascientificrecruitmentandusesystem,optimizecooperationwithhelperscompanies,improve thedegreeofhumanizationofhelpersmanagement,suchasthefourdirectionstorebuildthescientifichigh-quality helpersmanagementmechanism.
